Trendefy currently delivers orders within Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is:

3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after successful order placement and, for Cash on Delivery orders, after order confirmation.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and locations.

Customers are expected to provide a valid phone number and complete delivery information.

Delivery Attempts

The courier may make multiple delivery attempts depending on its own procedures. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package.

If an order is returned to us because the customer refuses delivery, provides incorrect information or repeatedly remains unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply to any subsequent shipment.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, Trendefy cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Unexpected courier delays, weather conditions, holidays or other circumstances may affect delivery.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

If an order has already been dispatched, changing the delivery address may not be possible.
