Available payment methods will be shown during checkout, including Cash on Delivery and/or online payment options where available.

For COD orders, payment is due to the courier upon delivery.

For COD orders, we may require confirmation before dispatch.

We currently deliver within Pakistan.

Our estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 working days, although actual delivery may vary depending on location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances.

Providing an accurate delivery address and contact number is the customer's responsibility.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within the applicable return period with your order details and any requested photographs or other evidence.

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
